how often do i use this whitener?
i have heard that strawberries and baking soda make a GREAT tooth whitner. how often do i use it and do i just brush it on like tooth paste? does it save? THX
Leaving a strawberry on your teeth is not a good idea. Strawberries are acidic, as are other fruits, hence they can eat away at your tooth enamel. I would recommend brushing with a fluoride tooth paste, as the baking soda-strawberry mixture will leave your teeth sensitive. It might even be a better idea to just rinse instead of brush, as baking soda is abrasive and when rubbed against the already weakened teeth (thank you strawberries) it can lead to a rather unpleasant phenomenon (dental decay)
