I currently use Crest toothpaste with whitening expressions, the crest pro health mouthwash and, oral-b vitality sonic toothbrush and floss.
I dont smoke and never have.
I dont drink much of dark pop and am drinking more water.
for the past about 6 months i have been brushing 3 times a day.
Once in the morning (after i eat breakfeast), once about half way through the day before i go to work, and finally right before i go to bed.
usually use mouthwash 2 times a day morning and night only.
and floss really only at night.

when i was younger i only brushed at night and have never really has white teeth.

a couple months ago i used them crest whitening strips and after the kit was empty I noticed absoutly no difference.

I am not trying to use only crest thats just what i seemed to get.
the last toothpaste i used was colgate and notice no difference when i use different brands.

I dont know can you give me some pointers on what to do???
