How can you cure cold sores and mouth ulcers?
I've recently been getting a lot of cold sores around my lips and mouth ulcers, I know it sounds disgusting but I really want to find a way to cure them and prevent them in the future. Please help!
Wear lip balm to protect cracked lips from evolving into cold sores. I found that a really good option is to drink lots of homemade lemon juice - squeeze some lemons and add a little water, and drink it - or you can do it with oranges. This has lots of Vitamin C in it which relaxes the ulcers a little.
