Tonsilitis help...........?
I have tonsillitis and every 4-6 months i get tonsil stones that come out--yes very gross. I went to my Dr. two times and he told me the same thing he told me the first time--no cure...just gargle with salt water blah blah blah....I just bought this product called Therabreath Plus...the nasal spray and throat spray. I read about it some more and it says only for "bad breath"...I need something that will CLOSE the two little holes on my tonsils and get rid of my tonsilitis for good. Is there anyone out there that HAD tonsilitis and used a product that CURED them for good--like haven't seen stones come out? Plz don't tell me to have my tonsils REMOVED--we all know we need out tonsils. Any advice on getting those suckers removed please? All help appreciated. Thanks! (be kind)

Hey I've got tonsillitis and there is no cure. Don't be discouraged. There are simple things you can do to limit your outbreaks. First in the winter time always wear a scarf over your mouth. The cold will flair up your tonsils. Drink tea (anything hot) and continuously use cough drops. Limit your talking and never swallow the stones. I often gargle peroxide and the salt water. The antibiotics the doctor gives will help get rid of it but not forever. Once it hurts when you swallow it is time to go to the doctor and get the meds.
