Its last about an hour and goes from very loud to soft then starts over again. Its this buzzing sound, like a vibration of some kind. It reminds me of my sonic care electric tooth brush. However its loud enough to wake me from my sleep. Whatever it is has woke me now 2 nights in a room and it was happing late last night and I couldn't go to sleep.

I THINK the people upstair are buddist or something, I not sure though I haven't actually seen them in a long time and other then very annoying occurance they are extermeley quite.

Any idea what this possibly could be and why? So far I've heard it at 11:00pm, 5am, and 10am each time lasting about an hour.
