Care Tongue

1) buy an Alcohol Free mouthwash, or dilute a regular mouthwash. swish when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed each night.
2) whenever you finish eating or drinking something, rinse your mouth with warm water with a little bit of sea salt (or kosier salt- not table salt!).
3) have lots of cold drinks to soothe your tongue- it will swell a lot these next few days!
4) take a daily dose of Zinc and Vitamin C- these promote tissue renewal and immunity health

after about a week, i was accustomed to my piercing and it felt natural to me. now it has been about 2 weeks and i dont even feel it in my mouth anymore... it feels like a part of it!
keep good care of it and it will heal VERY quickly.
